YAWR Introduction

Greetings.   This is the first of a hopefully continuing series of posts covering various project related issues I am dealing with at my place of employment.  Suffice it to say, I work for a large Canadian telecommunications provider, dealing with network systems architecture and design in the context of network maangement tools development and OSS.  The scope and specificity of each posting will be informative enough to identify the problems being addressed, but general enough so as not to leak any corporate IP.   

This blog is simply a vehicle for me to organize, categorize and synthesize my ideas, thoughts and potential solutions to the daily problems that cross my path.   It was inspired by the blog coverage found in the book 'Dreaming in Code' by Scott Rosenberg.  Frequency of posts will vary, with a temporal variance that will adhere to a self-similar distribution.  Oh well....
